Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed with Lubjana Terziu, Hömerichstr. 65, 51643 Gummersbach, Deutschland (Autofumes24) through this website.
How the contract is made
Our product pages are not a binding offer. When you click “Buy now” at checkout, you place a binding order. The contract is made when we confirm your order by email. You receive the order details in that confirmation.
Prices and payment
All prices are final prices in euros. As a small business under § 19 UStG we do not charge VAT. Delivery costs are shown before you order. You pay online through Mollie, for example by card, Klarna or bank transfer. We ship once your payment has been received.
Delivery
We deliver to the countries offered at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. If there is a delay or a product is unavailable, we tell you straight away and refund any amount already paid.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. All details are on our “Returns & right of withdrawal” page.
Using the product
Our fresheners contain fragrance. Hang them freely, keep them away from children and pets, and avoid contact with skin, eyes and car surfaces. How long the scent lasts is an estimate and depends on heat and use.
Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
Dispute resolution
We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
