Your right to cancel
You can cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days start on the day you, or someone you name who is not the courier, receive the goods.
How to cancel
Send us a clear statement by email to autofumes24@gmail.com, for example: “I hereby cancel my order [order number] of [date].” Include your name, address and order number. It is enough to send your message before the 14 days end.
Refunds
We refund everything you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We use the same payment method you used, and the refund costs you nothing. We may wait until we have the goods back or you have shown that you sent them.
Sending the goods back
Send the goods back within 14 days of cancelling, to: Lubjana Terziu, Hömerichstr. 65, 51643 Gummersbach, Deutschland. You pay the direct cost of returning them.
Opened products
For hygiene reasons, air fresheners taken out of their sealed packaging can't be returned, unless they arrived damaged or were the wrong item.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days with a photo. We'll replace it or refund you, at no cost to you.
